Personal Attention During Difficult Times
Dedicated To Fighting For Your Future
I consider communication to be a key aspect of the lawyer-client relationship, which is why I return phone calls and emails promptly. My clients have recognized my concern and commitment, such as one who said, “It was a bad time in my life, but (Susan Duke) listened to me and provided good advice and helped me get through it.” Duke Law Firm, P.C., knows what it takes to help you through your bankruptcy or divorce, too.

My Experience And Professional Focus Set Me Apart From Other Attorneys
When you don’t know what the next step looks like, you need an experienced and knowledgeable advocate to help you be successful. I’ve fought for countless clients throughout Livonia, Lakeville and Livingston counties, and I’m passionate about helping them create a better future.
- Over 20 years of success: Since 1996, I have guided clients through virtually every aspect of the bankruptcy and family law system.
- Only two practice areas: By concentrating exclusively on family law and bankruptcy, I have been able to continually develop my skills and enhance my ability to achieve the best possible result in your case.
- Flat fees: For many of our cases, we are able to offer flat fees, without hidden costs, so you know exactly how much you will pay for our services.
I received my Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated summa cum laude with my Master of Laws (LL.M) from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
